UKOIL:Recoveries Possibly Will Continue in Brent Oil

In the minutes of the meeting of the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC), dated May 3-4, recovery is observed in assets with high-risk sensitivity, as members are perceived as less hawkish than expected. At this point, the moderate retraction of the US 10-year bond yields also has an impact. In addition, with the support of positive balance sheets from the expectations announced by Chinese technology companies, the NQ100 index erased the losses of 9 days. In the index, where the recovery behavior will be preserved as long as the 30-period simple moving average, which technically points to the 12 110 level, is defended as a support if the transition to the 12 400 resistance can be completed, the 12 570 level may be on the agenda. In a possible transition below 12 110, 11 950 support can be followed.
