Recovery in EURUSD Seems Out of Scenario

In recent days, the European Central Bank (ECB) Executive Board members' continuation of hawkish statements supported the euro somewhat. However, in addition to the inflationary pressures stemming from high energy prices in Europe, recession risks in the region remain alive.  On the other hand, it is clear that the euro has difficulty in finding demand in the face of the strong stance of the US dollar. Under this outlook, the level of 0.9685 will be followed closely at the EURUSD parity, which is seen to continue its descending channel movement on the last trading day of the week. In permanent transitions below this point, the 0.9645 support can be attached to our radar. In upward attempts, the 0.9775 resistance can be observed.
