NQ100 Finds Support from PPIApr 14
NASDAQ is likely to lose more
US Federal Reserve has started to hike rates, leading to central banks of other developed countries to increase their rates and implement tightening monetary policies. As a result, we observed increase in risk aversion in the markets. In addition, strong stance of the US 10Y treasuries and US dollar put additional pressure on NQ100. The index maintains its moves within the descending channel and if it breaks 12 660, we will follow 12 500 support closely. On the other side, we will follow 13 000 resistance in attempts to recover.
