Discourse of 50 Basis Points Hits FRA40
In the interest rate decision to be announced by the European Central Bank (ECB) tomorrow, the expectation of a 50 basis point increase in interest rates causes a collapse in European indices. As long as we remain below the 6995 region in the France index, which reacted sharply to the 50 BP increase due to bank bankruptcies in the USA, the declines can continue their losses until the 6760 support, which is indicated by the Fibonacci 38.2% correction level.
