DAX40:The Index Returns The Gains
We see higher investor stress in Europe compared to developed country markets. The key factor here is the revival of risks to the European economy, as Gazprom cuts the gas flow from the Nord Stream-1 line. The DAX40 index, the indicator of the region, has also tended to return its gains in the downward channel. If the first level psychological borderline of 13 000 can be broken with permanent closes, the last bearish move can last up to 12 845. In possible upward attempts, the 13 285 – 13 425 range can work as a strong resistance zone.
