DAX40:The Decline in Index May Continue

Natural gas prices continue to be high in Europe as Russia reduces gas shipments. While the futures natural gas contracts in the Dutch stock market climbed up to 170 euros, the cost pressure concerns of the German companies continue. On the other hand, the decline in PMI data in the Euro Zone in June, indicating that economic activity continues to lose speed, has a downward effect on the DAX40 index. Technically speaking, if the index, which remains attached to the downtrend, can break below the 12 500 level permanently, it can fall to 12 340 support, the lowest level it has seen since November 2020. In the possible upward movements of the index, 12 820 and psychological 13 000 resistances can be followed closely.
