DAX40:Index Struggles to Maintain Gains
Even though the natural gas flow in Nord Stream 1 line started again after 10 days of maintenance work, Gazprom stopped another turbine. Although the German Ministry of Economy reacted by pointing out that there was no technical reason, the gas price for September delivery in the Netherlands increased by 8.5 percent to 194.50 euro/MWh. We see that sales pressure has started to occur in the DAX40 with the concerns that there will be a new cost wave. Technically, if the index can confirm the trend reversal by hanging below the triangle pattern, it could return its gains to the 12 825 level behind the psychological 13 000. Above, the 13 320 – 13 500 line will be the new strong resistance zone.
