NQ100 Finds Support from PPIApr 14
DAX40 could lose further
On the second trading day of the week, investor stress in Europe slightly declined. As a result we observed some recoveries in DAX40. However strong cost pressures on German companies and the ECB’s cautious stance continue to weaken the index. Technically, the index put an end to the symmetrical triangle pattern and completed the retracement movement. If it breaks 15 250 support downwards, we will follow 15 120 and 15 000 supports. On the other side, 15 500 indicating the 50-period WMA will be our resistance level.
